All Sales Are Final

Because the Fleet Code Formula ebook is a digital product that is delivered instantly and can be immediately downloaded and accessed in full, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed through Gumroad, Stan Store, or any other checkout platform we use, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, regardless of whether the content has been viewed, downloaded, or used.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• A duplicate or accidental double charge for the same order
• A verified technical failure that permanently prevents delivery or access to the product, and which we are unable to resolve
